The High Value and International Payments Crew is part of the Payments Domain, with a crew purpose to deliver high value and international payment options that are faster, safer, more affordable and transparent, which meets the changing needs of our customers through a seamless digital experience.
You will report into the General Manager, Crew Lead for the High Value and International Payments Crew.
What will your impact be?
You will be a visionary leader within the High Value & International Payments Crew, working closely with product owners and chapter leads to ensure that a superior customer experience is at the centre of all product design.
As an Experience lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the voice of the customer is ever-present as we design new and innovative ways to support the international payments needs of customers across all segments. You will also build new relationships and leverage your existing networks to collaborate with other user experience chapters across CommBank, ensuring the High Value & International Payments Crew continues to stay abreast of industry best practice.
As an Experience Lead:
You will be expected to perform the following tasks in a manner consistent with CBA's Values and People Capabilities.
You will collaborate effectively to:
- Develop and own a strategic experience vision, informed by research, that you can communicate and passionately champion
- Work closely with the customers and product owners to understand the challenges and opportunities of enhancing international payment experience
- Facilitate workshops and ideation sessions to design innovative features and experience enhancements
- Effectively manage relationships and communication with initiative stakeholders, delivery teams, suppliers and/or third parties
- Demonstrated experience working in end-to-end Customer Experience Design
- Excellent written, verbal and inter-personal communication skills, coupled with strong multi-tasking capabilities and a high attention to detail
- Strong time management skills with an ability to prioritise across competing demands
- Hunger to grow and improve themselves and their team
- Leadership within a user experience environment
- Relevant design and/or IT undergraduate tertiary qualifications preferred
- Recognized industry certifications/accreditations in Service Design, UX/CX/UI or similar.
- Experience in Payments highly regarded
