I’m working with a leading global VC fund (A$1Bn+ across multiple vehicles) investing at the intersection of crypto, blockchain infrastructure, AI and frontier technologies. The team is growing in Australia, and we’re searching for a high-calibre Investment Analyst or Associate to join their Sydney office.

This is a rare opportunity to work closely with a top-tier investment team that partners with founders across the US, ANZ and Asia — backing category-defining companies in:

What you’ll work on

• Deep research into protocols, ecosystems, and emerging narratives in digital assets

• Assisting with portfolio management and trading, including responsibilities across risk monitoring and execution oversight

• Sourcing and evaluating early-stage investment opportunities across ANZ

• Evaluating token and equity structures, product traction, competitive positioning & market fit

• Supporting investment memos, due diligence, and thesis development

• Monitoring on-chain activity, flows, and trading opportunities relevant to the portfolio

• Representing the fund in founder meetings, industry events, and ecosystem networks
