Azure Devops Engineer

Salt is currently hiring an Azure Devops Engineer for a client of ours in Brussels.

The role is for freelance contractors, and is paying around 70 euros an hour for 12 months.

Required Experience

• Minimum 5+ years in IT
• Minimum 3+ years working with DevOps practices and Azure tooling

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform, Bicep, or other IaC tools
• Collaborate with development & operations teams to ensure smooth deployments
• Build observability into pipelines (monitoring, metrics, performance visibility)
• Continuously optimize DevOps processes for speed, reliability, and scalability
• Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline, deployment, and infrastructure issues

Preferred Skills

• Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD principles
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
• Azure certifications (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are an advantage
• English + Dutch or French is mandatory
