Azure DevOps Engineer

Do you have 3+ years of experience with DevOps practices and Azure tooling? We are looking for an EU national to join our team hybrid in Brussels.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years in IT
• 3+ years of hands-on experience working with DevOps practices and Azure tooling
• Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps platform and services
• Strong knowledge of Git version control and CI/CD principles
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Experience automating infrastructure provisioning with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Bicep
• Ability to collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth deployments
• Experience building observability into pipelines including monitoring, metrics, and performance visibility
• Ability to continuously optimise DevOps processes for speed, reliability, and scalability
• Strong troubleshooting skills for pipeline, deployment, and infrastructure issues
• Hands-on experience with Docker and container technologies
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
• Understanding of DevOps best practices and methodologies
• Proactive problem-solving approach with focus on automation and efficiency
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Languages: English (fluent), and Dutch (fluent) or French (fluent)

Job Description:

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform, Bicep, or other Infrastructure as Code tools
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth deployments and releases
• Build observability into pipelines including monitoring, metrics, and performance visibility
• Continuously optimise DevOps processes for speed, reliability, and scalability
• Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline, deployment, and infrastructure issues
• Implement and manage containerised applications using Docker
• Work with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management
• Establish and maintain version control workflows using Git
• Implement CI/CD best practices across development teams
• Monitor and improve pipeline performance and deployment success rates
• Automate manual processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors
• Support development teams with Azure DevOps tooling and best practices
• Ensure security and compliance in CI/CD pipelines
• Document DevOps processes, pipelines, and infrastructure configurations
• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis for deployment issues
