We’re looking for an experienced Senior IT & Cyber Risk Consultant to help shape and strengthen cybersecurity and IT risk management at a major organization. This is a senior, hands-on role, where your expertise will directly influence business decisions and keep critical systems secure.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and improve IT and cyber risk management frameworks, policies, and processes.
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and gap analyses using standards like ISO 27000, ISO 31000, and NIST.
• Advise on security controls, asset management, and risk mitigation strategies,taking ownership of results.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders, translating complex risks into practical business decisions.
• Prepare clear, actionable reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Share your knowledge by training teams on risk management and cybersecurity best practices.

What we’re looking for:

• Fluent in English and either French or Dutch.
• 15+ years in IT risk management, with at least 5 years focused on cybersecurity in large, complex organizations.
• Certifications such as CRISC (ISACA), CC (ISC2), M.O.R., or PRINCE2.
• Strong experience with ISO 27000/31000, NIST, ITIL, TOGAF, COBIT, and other risk or governance frameworks.
• Proven track record of hands-on delivery and working with senior leaders.
