Nexeo Belgium supports clients in the public and private sectors in digital transformation projects. We are looking for a Junior Scrum Master to join the Boeteplatform program, responsible for digitalizing justice processes and optimizing fine management in Belgium.

Your role:

You will support multiple agile teams in applying Scrum, helping them work more efficiently and autonomously. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage impediments, support the Product Owner, and promote an agile mindset across the teams.

Key projects:

• JustFines: Development of a case management system for automated processing of traffic and correctional fines.
• Project 67ter: Automating the identification and prosecution of legal entities for traffic offenses.
• Incoming & Outgoing Foreign Certificates: Handling cross-border traffic fines for Belgian citizens and EU residents.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support backlog refinement and sprint goal tracking.
• Remove obstacles and escalate when necessary.
• Foster team collaboration, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Act as an agile ambassador within the organization.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 0–5 years of experience in Scrum or agile teams.
• Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and agile principles.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Teams.
• Fluent in Dutch, good knowledge of French, English is a plus.
• Communicative, proactive, team-oriented, and solution-focused.
• Public sector experience is a plus but not required.
