The Role
RESONIKS is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our acoustic-based NDT product ecosystem. You will define product strategy, collaborate with the engineering and data teams, and help translate customer needs into high-impact features.

The Role
RESONIKS is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our acoustic-based NDT product ecosystem. You will define product strategy, collaborate with the engineering and data teams, and help translate customer needs into high-impact features.
Responsibilities
- Own the full product lifecycle: strategy, roadmap, execution, and rollout.
- Work closely with engineering, data science, hardware, and sales teams.
- Prioritize features based on customer value, technical feasibility, and business goals.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis within the manufacturing and NDT space.
- Work with enterprise clients to understand their operational challenges.
- Lead product documentation, feature validation, and cross-team communication.
- Track KPIs and drive continuous product improvement.
- 7+ years of product management experience in technology, industrial automation, NDT, machine learning, or manufacturing systems.
- Strong technical background degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Software Engineering, or similar.
- Experience working with hardware/software integrated products is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex tech into clear customer value.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication in English, Finnish and German is an added advantage.
