Job Purpose

This role is responsible for supporting the CRM team in transforming customer and campaign data into actionable insights that enhance customer understanding and improve marketing performance. The role offers a learning environment to develop analytical, technical, and business skills while contributing to data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Accountabilities

• Analyze customer and campaign data to identify behavioral patterns and business opportunities
• Support data extraction and validation through SQL queries.
• Help design and update dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Contribute to customer segmentation and campaign performance analysis.
• Monitor CRM campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Support predictive and prescriptive analytics for retention and churn prevention
• Maintain documentation
  
  

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within CRM, Marketing Analytics, or Customer Insights
• Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL and Power BI.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (mandatory) and Power BI (mandatory)
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and curiosity to learn.
• Ability to communicate complex data in a clear, business-oriented way
• Team player with a proactive and collaborative approach
