Saldo Bank offers fully automated lending solutions for consumers and SME customers and term deposit account services for consumer customers. business growth also internationally.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data governance framework
• Provide data insights to management
• Develop reporting infrastructure
• Develop data quality monitoring, issue escalation and remediation process
• Monitor credit risk and other existing models
• Build required models for profitable business development
• Suggest improvements, changes needed in daily tasks as well as processes, initiate and facilitate changes to achieve continuous improvement
• Perform other tasks assigned by direct manager.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of work experience in risk and data management area in the financial services
• Strong knowledge of SQL, R/Python coding, and experience with at least one BI tool
• In-depth knowledge of financial services and relevant regulatory requirements
• Experience with Credit risk and similar models (development and validation)
• Excellent command of English language
• University degree in a technical field (Econometrics, Statistics, Mathematics, or similar)
• Creative way of thinking as well as implementation of new ideas
• Open-minded and co-operative personality
• Excellent time management skills
• Results orientation
• Ability to train, share knowledge with co-workers
• • Experience with code version control systems.
