BTO Research is a consulting firm, part of the Relatech Group, that has been supporting its clients in innovative projects for over 15 years, ensuring a customized approach to meet market challenges.

Founded in 2008, we have gathered and enhanced the historical experience of consulting to which we have added two key elements: research and innovation.

This journey has led us to a team of over 300 professionals across four countries, with numerous projects and the most cutting-edge knowledge in Project Management, Digital Transformation, Change Management, Cybersecurity and Digital Marketing.

Your role 💼

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and services in .NET (C#, VB.Net).
• Build and maintain APIs and integrations with existing systems.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum) and contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, peer reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BA, QA, DevOps) to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

Requirements 💡

• Solid experience in .NET development (C# and VB.Net).
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Good communication skills in French (mandatory).
• Availability to start ASAP.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Java or Cobol.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (pipelines, boards, repos).
• High-quality backend components and services, aligned with project milestones.
• Documented technical solutions and API specifications.
• Regular contribution to Agile deliverables (user stories, increments, demos).
