Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic Product Owner / Project Manager – Cards & Digital :

• Management of digital and commercial projects with strong focus on user experience and technology
• Full lifecycle oversight from scoping to operational deployment
• Coordination of business teams, IT teams and external partners
• Supervision of design, build, integration, testing and production rollout
• Assurance of quality, cost control, timeline compliance and regulatory alignment
• Continuous monitoring of risks and stakeholder satisfaction
• Definition and prioritisation of the product backlog in line with the roadmap
• Preparation, facilitation and follow up of project ceremonies and governance bodies
• Translation of requirements into features, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Production of functional analysis, detailed specifications and BRD
• Support and validation during test preparation and execution
• Coordination of releases, test phases and go live activities
• Monitoring of performance indicators for projects and products
• Contribution to launch plans and digital transformation initiatives
• Maintenance of transversal communication and alignment across the bank

How do we imagine our future Product Owner / Project Manager – Cards & Digital ?

• Minimum five years experience in project management with SAFE exposure
• Strong background as Product Owner or business analyst
• Deep understanding of retail banking products including cards, authorizations, payments and digital channels
• Proven experience delivering enhancements or new features for card issuing, card management, payment flows and payment authentication
• Solid practice writing specifications and BRD for retail banking and digital products
• Strong capability to translate complex business needs into clear functional solutions
• Experience working with mobile and web banking applications
• Strong coordination and leadership across cross functional teams
• Ability to manage project risks, dependencies and delivery constraints
• Academic master level degree or equivalent professional experience
• Fluency in French and English
