We are looking for a Business Analyst / UX Expert to join a high-impact team working on applications for managing nuclear material stocks and exchanges. You will play a key role in bridging business needs and technical solutions, ensuring tools are efficient, user-friendly, and aligned with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and translate user requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
• Facilitate workshops, user committees, and collaborative sessions with business stakeholders.
• Perform retro-engineering and impact analysis using PL/SQL.
• Define data flows and map business processes.
• Contribute to the design of Data Warehouses (DWH) and functional/UX/UI solutions.
• Streamline application interfaces and functionalities to enhance user experience.
• Reshape business workflows by eliminating unnecessary tasks, flows, and exchanges.
• Coordinate project deliveries and act as a liaison between business teams and IT services.
• Support the creation of reporting standards for nuclear material management.
• Prepare documentation including user requirements, functional specifications, use case diagrams (ARIS, BPMN), and user manuals.

• Database: Oracle, PL/SQL, XML
• Application: Java, Angular, eUI, AG Grid
• DWH design and implementation
• ARIS & BPMN for process modeling and use case diagrams
• Agile methodology (SCRUM/Kanban), JIRA

Your Profile

• Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and functional/UX design.
• Strong technical knowledge: PL/SQL, Oracle, XML, Java, Angular, DWH concepts.
• Skilled in ARIS & BPMN for modeling and use case diagrams.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
