MISSIONS

Under the supervision of the Head of Human Resources, you will be a key member of our 5‑person HR team and will participate in the following areas:

  • Training: support coordination of the annual training campaign, assist in planning and delivering training sessions, and contribute to the annual INFPC report.
  • Recruitment: manage job descriptions and job-board postings, assist with candidate screening and interview logistics, and support onboarding.
  • HRIS & Reporting: maintain HR records in personnel and training systems, produce regular and ad hoc reports, and support absence management monitoring.
  • Labour law & Compliance: help ensure compliance with local legal regulations and contribute to analysis/comparison of social legislation across the Greater Region (BE / LUX / FR / DE).
  • Policies & Operations: review and update internal policies and procedures (English), support event organization, handle routine HR enquiries and assist the HR team with more complex tasks.

Outils informatiques :
IT skills: advanced user of Word, Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable using HRIS tools and producing reports.

PROFIL REQUIS

  • Enrolled in a Master program with a Human Resources specialization
  • Compulsory internship linked to your educational program and tripartite agreement preferred
  • First experience in HR is ideal
  • Sensitivity to Finance and HR professions is desirable
  • IT skills: advanced user of Word, Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable using HRIS tools and producing reports
  • Personal qualities: organized, rigorous, initiative-taking, strong verbal and written communication, empathetic, discreet, flexible, good analytical and synthesis skills, commitment and eagerness to learn
  • Languages: fluent in English and French, any other language could be a plus

An internship agreement provided by the school or the university is mandatory.
