Role Summary

Awakn is offering a remote Data Analyst Internship for candidates based in the Netherlands who want hands-on analytical experience in a growing AI and automation company.

This two-month paid internship gives you the opportunity to work on real datasets, contribute to live projects, and learn how data supports automation, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and prepare datasets for ongoing analytics tasks.
• Perform exploratory analysis using Excel, SQL, and Python.
• Support the creation of dashboards, visual insights, and performance reports.
• Identify trends, correlations, and performance indicators across client or internal data.
• Assist consultants with data-driven recommendations and automation projects.
• Document workflows, insights, and data processes clearly.

Required Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Solid Excel skills; basic knowledge of SQL or Python.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.
• Academic or personal project experience in analytics or reporting.
• Understanding of basic statistical concepts.
