About RevoData
We're a boutique Data & AI consultancy partnered with Databricks. We aim to make Data & AI more accessible to companies across Europe, empowering them to harness their full potential and increase their competitive advantage. We welcome people who thrive in an environment of collaboration, continuous learning, transparency & proactive problem-solving. If a no-ego, no-nonsense culture resonates with you then keep reading for more details!
About the Role
As our projects grow, we’re looking for a Project Manager who can bring structure, clarity and momentum to the work we deliver for our clients.
This is not an internal operations PM role - you’ll be working directly with our clients as a consultant, owning the delivery of multiple Databricks projects end-to-end. From defining scope to keeping timelines on track, managing risks, aligning with key decision makers, and ensuring smooth collaboration across teams - you’ll be the person who keeps the whole picture connected.
About You
You’re a natural organiser with strong communication skills, and you thrive in environments where clarity, structure and good stakeholder management make all the difference. You have experience running multiple projects simultaneously and you know how to keep people aligned.
You’ve likely worked in data, tech or software-heavy environments before - enough to understand how projects evolve, where risks typically appear, and how to keep delivery moving in a sustainble, focused way.
Most importantly, you bring a proactive, steady way of working and you enjoy being the person clients trust to keep everything on track.
What you’ll do
- Own and manage multiple concurrent client projects from kickoff to delivery
- Define scope of work, delivery plans, timelines and project structure
- Identify risks early and drive mitigation plans to keep projects on track
- Manage project budgets, reporting and resource allocation
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders - clients, colleagues and partners
- Facilitate clear communication across technical and non-technical roles
- Run project ceremonies (stand-ups, check-ins, steering meetings) with structure and intention
- Ensure deliverables meet expectations in quality, timing and alignment
- Bring clarity in fast-moving situations - unblocking issues and keeping momentum
- Help shape and improve how we deliver client projects as we continue to scale
What you bring
- Proven experience managing end-to-end projects, ideally in tech, data or consulting
- Ability to run several projects at once while keeping structure and clarity
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- A very organised way of working: planning, tracking, documentation and timelines come naturally to you
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset: you spot risks early, communicate clearly, and keep delivery moving
- A good understanding of how data teams typically operate - you don’t need to be technical, but you should be comfortable speaking with engineers, architects and business stakeholders
- Experience with any project tracking or PM tool (Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday, etc.)
- Experience with Databricks is a plus
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, Microsoft Azure or AWS) is a strong plus
- Proficiency in English; Dutch is a bonus
