Fullstack Developer

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to join our Inetum Team and be part of a work culture focused on innovation!

Location: Porto

Main Tasks:

• Lead key phases of the application lifecycle, including design, estimation, development, unit testing, release, and implementation support.
• Work autonomously with a Program Manager to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Analyse and understand complex application architectures—including infrastructure components—to support maintenance and evolution activities.
• Ensure development quality by following standards, frameworks, source control practices, technical reviews, code reviews, and regression testing.
• Create, contribute to, and review detailed technical designs and specifications.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide teams when facing complex challenges.
• Manage and report technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Promote innovation by suggesting new technical practices that improve delivery efficiency.

Profile:

• Strong expertise in Core Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA.
• Solid experience in front-end development, preferably with Angular.
• Proven track record in building complex enterprise-level applications from scratch.
• Ability to design new capabilities/services for Java and cloud-ready applications.
• Strong understanding of architecture solutions for distributed applications.
• Experience analyzing n-tier applications with integrations using OO, APIs, and microservices.
• Excellent SQL knowledge (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Good understanding of design patterns and development best practices.
• Experience with Maven, Bitbucket, Git, Jenkins, SonarQube.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting.
• Motivated, curious, and willing to work with diverse technologies.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience using performance profiling tools (Dynatrace, JProfiler).
• Exposure to API Gateways (preferably APIGee).
• Understanding of IDP, SSO, OAuth2, OpenID Connect.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra), Kafka, and caching technologies (Redis, Apache Ignite).
• Exposure to the financial domain.

Language Skills:

• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• French is a plus.
