A global enterprise is scaling its internal AI & Machine Learning capabilities and is looking for a hands-on AI/ML Data Scientist to join their in-house team.

You’ll be working on a company-wide AI Chatbot Platform used across HR, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Marketing, and Sales. This is a major internal product running on Google Cloud (GCP) and hyper-focused on LLM, NLP, and Generative AI solutions.

🔍 What You’ll Work On

• Develop NLP & LLM-powered features for enterprise chatbot interactions
• Build models for text classification, embeddings, summarisation, semantic search
• Fine-tune or prompt engineer models like GPT, Gemini, LLaMA, BERT, T5
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to structure training & inference data pipelines
• Run model evaluation, monitoring, optimisation
• Support change requests & enhancements for the AI platform
• Document experiments & communicate with cross-functional teams

✅ Must-Have Experience

• 4–6 years hands-on experience in ML, NLP, LLMs
• Strong Python: NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, LangChain
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow/Keras
• NLP/LLM experience: NER, embeddings, classification, sentiment, RAG
• Experience with GCP
• SQL + data preparation skills
• Strong English communication
