About the Role: Network Engineer



Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of IP Networks and Telecommunications Networks.
  • Proficiency in IPv4/IPv6, TCP/IP protocols (HTTP, FTP, SSH, SMTP, SNMP, UDP, ICMP).
  • Programming and scripting skills: Python, Perl, PHP.
  • Experience with REST, JSON, XML.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and MS Visio.
  • Experience with Ansible, Linux, and Windows (7, 8.0, 8.1, 10, 13).
  • Knowledge of Oracle databases.
  • Hands-on experience with ALU and Cisco routing and switching equipment.
  • Understanding of MPLS (Multiprotocol Label Switching).
  • Experience with Fortinet firewalls.
  • Knowledge of Multicast protocols.
  • Proficiency with monitoring and analysis tools such as Wireshark, NetFlow, SNMP, Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus + Grafana.
  • Experience with Red Hat OpenShift.
