Our client is seeking a DevOps Engineer,
Position based in Bern, Switzerland will require weekly office visits

Main tasks:
You work independently and with commitment, and you are familiar with the DevSecOps model. With your passion for IT, you will be responsible for the following areas:
• Service Request Management
• Incident Management
• Monitoring and Event Management
• Change Enablement
• Continual Improvement
• Knowledge Management
Education:
University degree or Federal Certificate of Competence (EFZ) in Computer Science with several years of professional experience, or career changers with equivalent further education and professional experience in Computer Science
Skills must have:
Solid, hands-on experience in DevSecOps, programming, automation, and programming (e.g., Python, Ansible), as well as connecting heterogeneous APIs
- LAN Infrastructure Service Engineer, WAN/DBB Cisco, Fortinet, DDI Infoblox
- In-depth knowledge and 3+ years of practical experience with:
- Cisco ACI/ASR9k/1K
- MPLS/BGP/IPv6
- Infoblox DDI
- Ansible Automation Platform
- Responsible for the design, integration, and implementation of complex and highly automated components
- Responsible for integration into the overall ICT infrastructure, its components, and peripheral systems
- Works closely with other related teams (Application, Network Security Layer)
- Substantial experience in large, heterogeneous, and distributed ICT infrastructures
- Strong engineering skills (methodology, processes & models, and their application)
- Experienced in automation using Ansibel
- Experience with projects/projects in high-security sectors (defense, finance, emergency services, etc.)
- Extensive experience in infrastructure deployment
- Fluent German
