Requirements
- Proven experience in product design with a focus on accessibility best practices
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Solid understanding of WCAG guidelines and accessible design principles
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
- Strong attention to detail and user-centered design approach
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale
- Experience working independently and managing project timelines
- Availability for a single, flexible project; remote work only
