Senior UX/UI Designer

Location: Geneva – Hybrid, 50% on-site

Duration: Initial contract for 2026, with possible extension into 2027

French proficiency (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Senior UX/UI Designer to join and support our client’s IT UX team. The selected candidate will contribute to the creation of intuitive, user-centered designs that support business goals and elevate the digital experience.

Key Responsibilities

Design System Oversight: Maintain, refine, and expand the current design system to ensure uniformity across all digital platforms.

Requirements Gathering: Partner with business stakeholders to interpret briefs and convert them into clear UX/UI solutions.

Prototyping & Validation: Build interactive prototypes for review and testing with business teams. Adjust designs based on insights and usability findings.

UI Creation: Deliver visually compelling, accessible, and brand-aligned user interfaces.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in close coordination with developers, product managers, and fellow designers to ensure flawless design implementation.

Required Skills & Experience

• High proficiency with UX/UI tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
• Strong grasp of responsive design and accessibility best practices.
• Prior experience working with design systems and component libraries.
