Senior UX/UI Designer

Location: Geneva - Hybrid – 50% on-site in Geneva.

Duration: Initial contract for 2026, with potential renewal in 2027.

Must be able to work in French (spoken and written).

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to strengthen our client’s IT UX team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating intuitive, user-friendly designs that align with business objectives and enhance the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design System Management: Maintain and evolve the existing design system to ensure consistency across all digital products.
• Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand briefs and translate them into actionable UX/UI concepts.
• Prototyping & Testing: Develop interactive UX prototypes for validation and testing with business teams. Iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing results.
• UI Design: Create visually appealing and functional user interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other designers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in UX/UI design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
