About you

• 5+ years of battle-tested backend development

• Strong focus on performance, reliability, and scalability

• You obsess over productivity and clean engineering practices

• Learning new technologies feels natural to you

• You genuinely enjoy engineering content in your free time

Technical excellence we’re looking for

• Mastery of statically typed backend languages (TypeScript, Go, Rust, Java or similar)

• Deep experience with distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures

• Advanced command of modern backend patterns (caching strategies, concurrency models, fault tolerance, horizontal scaling)

• Expert understanding of cloud infrastructure, containerization, CI/CD, and observability

• Strong computer science fundamentals applied in real large scale systems

Core requirements

• University degree

• Excellent English communication skills — you can explain complex backend architecture to both CTOs and junior developers

• References from previous roles
