We are seeking an Instructional Designer to join our Digital Learning team and help us develop engaging and effective eLearning courses for our clients. If you are passionate about creating interactive learning experiences and you are ready to unleash your creativity and innovation skills in the digital learning environment, we encourage you to apply. You will be working with top experts in the field of Instructional Design and international clients with extended experience in corporate digital learning.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create/Customize E-learning modules, using authoring tools such Articulate Storyline, Rise, Genially
• Create supporting materials and media, including video, quizzes, role-playing scenarios, gamification, PowerPoint presentations, etc. which will enhance the learners experience.
• Maintain regular communication with senior colleagues, clients and subject matter experts to gather project design information and develop training materials.
• Develop online storyboards that align with project design specifications and meet high-level learning outcomes.
• Run quality checks on digital materials to ensure quality of deliverables, according to our internal expectations and ux/ui design principles
• Apply instructional design theories, practices, and methods to enhance the learning process.
• Ensure in-life management and updates of project documentation and course files.
  
  

What You Need To Know/have

• Proven experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Genially
• Knowledge of SCORM/AICC standards.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong understanding of instructional design theories and practices.
• Creative and innovative mindset.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and self-improve
• Fluency in French (at least B2 level)
• Proven experience in designing and developing engaging and effective training materials
• Visual design skills or knowledge any of the tools in Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus
