Payroll:

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with Romanian labor laws.
  • Coordinate with employees to collect payroll data, track hours, and resolve payroll queries.
  • Keep up to date with Romanian tax and labor regulation changes to maintain compliance.


Compensation Support:

  • Support global HR teams with promotion-related payroll increases to ensure fairness and consistency.
  • Assist HR leadership with annual compensation reviews, considering performance, market data, and internal equity.
  • Partner with HR leadership to create transparent, inclusive, and equitable compensation practices.



Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR and/or recruiting.
  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.
  • Skilled in negotiation and offering alternative solutions.
  • Strong commitment to employee service; ability to understand and respond to employee needs.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and process orientation.
  • Proactive, diplomatic problem solver with flexibility to meet employee needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong employee relations and engagement skills; able to positively influence others.
  • Creative, analytical, objective, and independent thinker.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment.
  • Effective team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all organizational levels.
  • High energy with a “can-do” attitude; self-motivated and able to motivate others.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
