We are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients a leading full-service advisory firm with over 16 years of experience in the Romanian market.

Their objective is to be the go-to counsel for middle-market international clients, private equity and investment firms, as well as entrepreneurs and family offices. Their strong presence in the middle market allows them to advise clients throughout all stages of developmentfrom start-up to rapid growth, expansion, and transition.

Our partner is seeking a HR Specialist / HR Generalist (2-3 years experience) who will play a key role in supporting both internal HR needs and activities. The role combines recruitment, HR administration, payroll support, and involvement in various internal HR projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes for internal roles (junior to senior-level).
  • Managing relationships with recruitment agencies and ensuring timely communication.
  • Screening CVs, scheduling interviews, participating in interview steps when needed.
  • Contributing to employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline management.
HR Administration & Payroll Support
  • Assisting with HR documentation, employee files, contracts, addendums, and archiving.
  • Offering administrative and payroll-related support for internal employees.
  • Preparing and verifying HR data and reports related to attendance, benefits, and monthly payroll inputs.
  • Ensuring timely HR-related communication to employees and consultants.
Operations, Reporting & Projects
  • Organizing and coordinating meetings, workshops, and conferences, ensuring smooth logistics.
  • Supporting various HR-related projects (automation, process optimization, digitalization, etc.).
  • Conducting research relevant to HR processes and preparing reports and presentations.
What Were Looking For:
  • University degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a HR Generalist / HR Support / HR Specialist role (ideally someone with ~3 years).
  • Previous exposure to recruitment is a strong advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Advanced English language skills (written & spoken).
  • Strong research, analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • High proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; curiosity about technology and automation is appreciated.
  • Proactive attitude, agility, resourcefulness, and a high level of initiative.
