📋 Desired Profile

Required Expertise:

• 10+ years’ experience with IBM Cognos Analytics (installation, configuration, administration, and development).
• Proven track record in the pharmacy industry.
• Strong skills in designing and implementing data models and reports for large organizations.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management, including integrations between Cognos and data sources.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical solutions to diverse audiences.

Meritorious Experience:

• Tableau and other data platforms.
• Agile project environments.
• Cross-functional team collaboration.

🔧 Competence Level: Level 4

• Knowledge: High generalist competence or deep expertise in a specific area.
• Experience: 9-12+ years in the field, including at least 2 years at Level 3.
• Independence: Highly autonomous with strong leadership in managing larger teams.
