About The Role
To further develop and scale our tech platform, enabling us to continue improving the banking experience for entrepreneurs, we are expanding our tech department. As a Backend Developer, you will be part of a cross-functional team working in one of our product areas either developing features for our partners, improving our credit systems, or maintaining our loan and payments core. Each team focuses on continuously delivering customer value while improving the technical structure to ensure our systems remain stable and healthy. Together with your team, you will design, build, and deliver scalable and maintainable solutions that directly impact our customers.

- At least 5 years in a similar role, ideally within product-focused teams
- Programming in C#/.NET with a solid understanding of modern software design principles
- Working with SQL and NoSQL databases in production environments
- Cloud platforms such as Azure (or other major providers)
- Agile methodologies and best practices in software engineering, including testing, CI/CD, and a DevOps mindset
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, and microservices architecture is a strong plus
