- Lead and manage game development teams working on multiple concurrent slot titles.
- Define and communicate product vision, goals, and success metrics for the slot portfolio.
- Oversee the game development lifecycle — from ideation and prototyping to release and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with designers, mathematicians, engineers, and commercial teams to deliver cohesive, data-informed, and innovative games.
- Balance creative experimentation with disciplined product management, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
- Analyse player behaviour, market trends, and KPIs to guide future roadmap decisions.
You’re a passionate product leader who thrives at the intersection of creativity, data, and strategy. You have a proven track record in slot or casino game production, a sharp eye for player experience, and strong people leadership skills.

- Experience mentoring or leading other designers or product owners.
- 5+ years in a similar role with proof of top-performing games.
