In this role, you will be part of our Cyber Physical Advisory team, working closely with four team leads and our highly skilled security consultants. As a trusted leader, you will ensure seamless delivery of cybersecurity projects, balancing client expectations with technical execution, and guiding teams toward successful outcomes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Project Leadership: Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with organizational goals.
• Program Oversight: Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with clients, executives, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Resource & Risk Management: Oversee resource allocation, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard project success.
• Governance & Reporting: Provide status updates, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive adoption of best practices, methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), and process improvements across the project portfolio.
• Mentorship & Team Development: Guide junior project managers and consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

To succeed in this role, you:

• At least a bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, IT, or cybersecurity.
• Several years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading complex, client-facing projects in IT services or cybersecurity.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder initiatives under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English, with the ability to present confidently to clients and executives.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (CRM, PM software).
• Proactive problem-solving mindset, with a strategic, service-oriented approach.
