FUZED is a gaming & health startup from Stockholm that engages gamers through physical activity.

With gaming now being the world’s largest leisure activity—and the average 10-year-old spending over 7 hours a day on screens outside school—there’s a transformative opportunity in front of us. By combining the right infrastructure, platform, and community, FUZED is redefining gaming to drive a massive impact on youth health.

We partner with cities to create free-to-access spaces where gaming meets physical movement. We’ve built technology that encourages exercise in exchange for screen time: from simple steps to football tournaments, to AI-powered challenges like 50 jumping jacks at home. When kids complete activities, they earn screen-time credits they can use in our arenas, on their phones, or at their gaming PCs. Our gamification platform drives engagement and serves as a gateway to our growing community.

Why is this interesting?

Youth physical and mental health is rapidly declining, while gaming and screen time continue to rise. Traditional public infrastructure supports sports but nothing equivalent exists for gaming, even though its audience now far exceeds that of traditional sports. Cities want to drive public health. Parents struggle with screen time. Global brands — from Nike to LEGO® to Stadium — are looking for meaningful ways to connect with young people. FUZED bridges these gaps by uniting municipalities, private sector leaders, and families around a shared mission: helping the next generation grow healthier, more active, and more connected.

And at the heart of this mission sits FUZED TROPHY™, a multi-city event where gaming, activity, teamwork, and community come together.

What will you do?

As our Project Manager, you will play a central role in delivering FUZED TROPHY™ across multiple cities—ensuring the event is on time, on budget, and executed at a world-class level.

You will:

• Lead the full project lifecycle for FUZED TROPHY™ —from planning through execution and post-event evaluation.
• Build and maintain the master project plan, milestones, risks, and contingency strategies.
• Align and coordinate cross-functional teams: engineering, production, creative, marketing, operations, and partners.
• Manage stakeholders across cities, sponsors, and organizations—driving clarity and momentum.
• Ensure event quality, participant experience, and partner satisfaction meet agreed KPIs.
• Produce clear documentation and a post-event “playbook” to improve and scale the event year over year.
• Be a part of the FUZED expansion team as we build more arenas for gaming and sport in the Nordics
