We’re opening a position for a Senior Golang Engineer in Poland with full relocation support to Riga, Latvia or Iasi/Bucharest, Romania.

What You Will Do

You’ll design, implement, and optimize high-performance backend services. You will take ownership of scalable microservices, make key architectural decisions, build reliable integrations, and ensure our APIs and systems remain fast, secure, and production-ready. This is a role for someone who thrives in complex, distributed environments and enjoys performance tuning at scale.

What We’re Looking For

Technical Skills

• 4+ years of commercial Golang experience
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD
• Hands-on work with gRPC and Kafka
• Solid PostgreSQL or Google Spanner expertise
• Experience profiling, benchmarking, and optimizing Go services
• Ability to build complex automated flows (cron, pipelines, retries, monitoring)
• Strong API documentation and specification writing

Relevant Experience

• Designing and running high-load, distributed architectures
• Delivering scalable microservices end-to-end
• Working closely with DevOps, FE, and Product teams
• Troubleshooting real-time production issues
• ERP domain exposure is a plus
• Strong motivation for growth and continuous improvement

Soft Skills

• Fluent English
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
• Proactive, collaborative, detail-oriented
• High ownership and commitment to quality
