As a Tool Developer, you’ll design, build, and maintain essential internal tools that help our engineers, artists, and designers work more efficiently. Your mission is to boost team productivity and product quality through robust tooling solutions.

What you’ll be doing:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality internal tools and Editor extensions for the Unity engine.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to identify bottlenecks and propose custom, tool-based solutions.
• Ensure the stability, usability, and performance of development tools, especially targeting mobile platform processes.
• Provide guidance and prepare technical documentation to help teams utilize new and existing tools efficiently.
• Integrate and manage various third-party tools and SDKs within the production flow, including custom tooling for SDK integration.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in game development or tool development roles.
• Essential Unity expertise required to adeptly troubleshoot technical issues within the engine and the resulting tools.
• Proven experience in Android/iOS Unity development and understanding of platform-specific configurations.
• Experience in Unity build pipeline, asset management systems, and the ability to optimize compilation/output processes.
• Experience with asset pipelines, build automation, and CI/CD integration.
• Familiarity with Unity rendering pipeline and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience utilizing and integrating various third-party tools and SDKs (e.g., analytics, advertising, social media SDKs) within the Unity environment.
• Competence in API communications (JSON, databases, etc.) for effective problem-solving and tool integration.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and automated workflows.
• Ability to work autonomously, taking charge of tool development tasks and ensuring their timely resolution.
