Junior User Acquisition Manager

WildCard is scaling casual, ad-monetized, retentive mobile games with performance-focused, creative-driven UA. We have a unique approach and structure that makes us hyper-effective.

We are looking for a Junior UA Manager to join our remote team and help support and scale our performance marketing efforts across multiple UA channels.

What will you be doing at WildCard?

This is a diverse and exciting opportunity to join a mobile game company. You’ll collaborate closely with our UA and creative teams and take on the following responsibilities:

• Manage live campaigns, run tests across new channels with a focus on in-app ad networks (AppLovin, Unity, Mintegral, etc.) and incentivized channelsю
• Create performance reports, assess ROAS, and surface growth opportunities for key games.
• Run and evaluate UA tests for current and upcoming titles.
• Present experiment results with clear, actionable recommendations.
• Prepare briefs for new creatives and work with the creative team on asset production.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new trends and opportunities.

What are we looking for?

• At least 6 months of hands-on experience in digital advertising or media buying.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data.Proficiency with spreadsheets and data management tools
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. 
• Knowledge of key marketing channels such as Applovin, Unity, Meta, Google etc. 
• Experience using mobile attribution tools (e.g., Appsflyer). 
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
