Scrum Master Support - Working Student (Krakow)

Job Description

Working Student is a long-term paid internship, that allows you to kickstart your fabulous journey in the IT and Telecom world. As our Trainee you can have experience working in such areas that correspond to full-time jobs. The internship usually lasts from 12 to 24 months. Location: Krakow

We are an international team of experts, which means you will collaborate with talented people from the world. Our work focuses on creating the software that brings our radios to life - enabling their performance, intelligence, and features used in modern mobile networks.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

• Ensure all members follow Scrum values, principles, and practices
• Facilitate the Scrum events
• Participate in the company- wide and local TC administrative tasks/ actions/ initiatives
• Assistance in the coordination of projects
• Maintain data in Excel forms and be able to generate metrics and present them in MS PowerBI
• Support Local Product Owners/Team Managers/ Team members
• Manage team backlog, item dependencies and risks
  
  

Key Skills And Experience

Must-Have:

• Active student status (for at least one year)
• Good English, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of Office applications
• Theoretical knowledge of Project Management
• Strong organizational skills
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Ability to communicate and cooperate with other people in various situations
• Self-motivated, responsible and driven in using already acquired skills and acquiring new skills
• Ability to work under pressure
