We are looking for a SAP Logistics Project Manager to drive complex international SAP EWM initiatives, lead high-performing consultant teams, and partner closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, world-class logistics solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead SAP Logistics Projects as well an international level and collaborate closely with business units. Manage and mentor SAP consultants.
• Coordinate and manage consultant teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment between resources
• Guide the team members in prioritizing tasks, resolving blockers.
• Collaborate with business and functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with program objectives and deliverables.
• Provide functional expertise in warehouse processes and logistics,
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery quality and efficiency within the organization.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP EWM technologies and trends, applying them to projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in the SAP EWM/WM environment with at least 3 years in a PMO leadership role. Preferably knowledge of SAP TM, MM, or SD
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills. Leading SAP Consultants
• Experience in managing and mentoring consultants, supporting their skill development and career growth.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes or supply chain operations
• Capability to lead larger and more complex SAP EWM or TM, or MM projects and contribute to the overall project strategy.
• Strong project management skills, ability to manage project scope, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Excellent English and preferably German, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, etc.
