Blockchain Developer

Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Blockchain Developer to support a DeFi-based, stock-collateralized lending platform. The work involves smart contract development, Web3 integrations, and secure protocol design. The developer will work closely with the digital finance team and help build production-grade components that follow both DeFi logic and traditional finance requirements.

Core Technical Requirements

Smart Contract and Protocol Development

• Strong Solidity experience
• Ability to build, audit and deploy EVM smart contracts
• Experience designing on-chain logic for lending, collateral management, vaults and liquidations

Web3 Integration

• Skilled in web3.js, ethers.js and related SDKs
• Experience building wallet flows and on-chain and off-chain communication
• Knowledge of RPC providers, node architecture and event monitoring

DeFi Expertise

• Hands-on experience with Aave, Compound, Morpho or similar protocols
• Understanding of liquidity pools, interest rate models and reward mechanics
• Familiarity with smart contract security and oracle design

Payment and Wallet Systems

• Experience with crypto payments or settlement flows
• Knowledge of key-management and signature processes
• Experience integrating custodial or non-custodial wallets

Project Background

Goal

• Tokenize or reference off-chain equity positions
• Enable lending and borrowing backed by stock collateral
• Apply DeFi-style interest rate models within regulatory limits

Preferred Experience

• Contributions to DeFi or Web3 startups

• Strong security mindset and experience mitigating common vulnerabilities
