QuantumGate is dedicated to developing and commercializing cutting-edge post-quantum cryptographic solutions. Our mission is to safeguard enterprise digital environments through innovative protocols and applications that address the evolving challenges of the post-quantum era.


We are seeking an experienced Go Developer to join our backend development team. They will take part in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, efficient, and secure backend systems that power our applications and services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain backend services and APIs using Go (Golang).
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, reliability and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, frontend developers, and DevOps, to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Participate in system design discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and identify potential improvements.
  • Debug and resolve complex technical issues across the development lifecycle.
  • Work with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure to deploy and manage services.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in Go development, backend engineering, and software architecture.


Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Golang.
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
  • Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL), such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of distributed systems and concurrency.
  • Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and their services.
  • Proficiency in writing unit tests, integration tests, and performance tests.
  • Understanding of security best practices in software development and API design.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues effectively.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive approach to teamwork.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
  • Contributions to open-source Go projects or a strong portfolio of past project
