Your role as an AI Full Stack Developer

As an AI Full Stack Developer in our AI & Innovation Circle, you will help build the future of how customers manage and interact with their data. You'll work in a squad where you’ll have the opportunity to add and enrich existing features with AI-driven features.

You'll work on multiple dimensions: developing features that leverage cutting-edge technologies like .NET Aspire, maintaining our internal AI packages that enable all developers to write AI features, managing core AI microservices and their deployments, and help driving AI initiatives like making agentic coding more accessible and enabling AI in CI/CD pipelines.

Working closely with fellow Xpeople using the Shape Up method, you'll shape and build software while serving as an AI enabler across the organization. This involves making technical decisions, being a strong voice within the Engineering Circle, and helping build our AI-enabled work culture through knowledge-sharing and facilitation.

Your knowledge spans both modern software development practices and emerging AI technologies. You understand not just the technology, but the broader ecosystem and how AI is transforming how we build data platforms.

This position is remote and you must be located and authorised to work in Denmark, Norway, or Sweden.

What we’re looking for:

Core Experience:

• 1-5 years of experience as a developer with C# and .NET (object-oriented), and 1-2 years working with front-end technologies
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and value writing clean, maintainable code.
• Experience and skills in Blazor

AI Expertise:

• An AI power user who leverages AI-assisted development tools (like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, etc.) in your daily workflow
• Experience implementing AI features into products, including building and maintaining AI agents and working with LLM integrations
• Understand how to orchestrate AI-driven workflows and manage AI agents
• Understand RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns and semantic search architectures
• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks like Semantic Kernel or similar
• Excel at sharing knowledge and facilitating learning with teammates, helping to build an AI-enabled work culture
• Experience testing AI features and validating AI-driven functionality

It’s a plus if you have:

• Experience with containerized vector databases and containerized ai infrastructure.
