About the Program
Our Technology Graduate Trainee Program (R&D Track)/Next-Gen
Engineer Program (R&D) is designed for fresh graduates who are passionate
about software engineering, game development, and large-scale backend
systems.
You will join our R&D engineering sequence, receive structured technical guidance,
and be matched to a specialization based on your skills and interests.
Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain server-side systems and APIs.
- Participate in requirement analysis and system architecture design.
- Integrate SDKs and work with backend/middleware modules.
- Research new technologies and contribute to technical documentation
General Requirements/Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, Game Development, or related fields.
- Good fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and programming.
- Familiar with one or more languages: C#, Golang, PHP, Java, C++.
- Interest in backend systems, game technology, or real-time communication.
- Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for learning and taking on challenges.
