Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing Data Centre network infrastructure services covering LAN, WAN, Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Network link/load balancers and other network appliances
• Analyse technical requirements, perform network design, planning and setup of network systems
• Monitoring network performance and identifying and resolving issues to ensure reliable and efficient network operations
• Conduct advanced network diagnostics, root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures to minimize downtime and service disruptions.
• Collaborate closely with cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure and scalable network connectivity across hybrid environments (on-prem, cloud, remote offices).
• Monitoring network performance and identifying and resolving issues to ensure reliable and efficient network operations
• Document deployed solutions and operational runbooks; ensure smooth handover to operations.
• Oversee vendor deliverables and ensure quality implementation aligned with project timelines.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network design, deployment, and support.
• Strong proficiency in managing complex network environments.
• Network certifications (e.g. CCNP, Fortinet NSE, or equivalent) will be an advantage.
• Experience supporting networks in mission-critical 24/7 environments with strong understanding of disaster recovery and high availability strategies.
• Proven ability to lead projects, manage vendors, and communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.
