- Accountabilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems, with a focus on PHP and modern frameworks such as Laravel.
- Integrate with external billing and payment services, ensuring reliable and secure transaction processing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within payment flows and other backend systems.
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Implement automated testing and CI/CD processes to maintain high code quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end feature improvements and product innovations.
- Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with PHP and frameworks like Laravel.
- Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Proficiency with Git version control and Docker.
- Experience writing tests and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to decompose complex tasks, estimate effort, and manage priorities effectively.
- Self-driven engineer capable of delivering end-to-end features independently.
- Nice-to-have: experience with payment systems, Kubernetes, GitOps (ArgoCD), and GitHub Actions.
