We are in search of a seasoned Delivery Manager with a preference for those with expertise in Java to manage various aspects of our overseas Maintenance and Support project.

This role is essential to maintaining top-tier service delivery performance across all operational areas.

Responsibilities


  • Oversee a team of roughly 20 offshore members divided into 2-3 operational streams
  • Create and sustain effective team workflows in harmony with our service framework. Duties include managing Kanban boards, overseeing SLOs, and aligning with the overarching project goals
  • Guarantee the achievement and maintenance of delivery metrics within the satisfactory green status
  • Tackle and rectify any staffing concerns, thereby improving the team's overall quality and performance
  • Promote ongoing enhancement and growth within the team


Requirements


  • Demonstrated success in a Delivery Manager role
  • Technical background in java programming
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities, with a proven track record of managing and inspiring teams
  • Proficient in problem-solving with a comprehensive knowledge of process improvement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to attend meetings till 7 PM
