Job Title: Service Delivery Manager – Data Protection Tribe (CISO Division)

Our Tribe Is Organized Into Three Closely Collaborating Squads

Data Protection Governance: Defining strategy, standards, and policies.

Data Protection Engineering: Delivering technical solutions and tools.

IT Data Management: Supporting data classification and GDPR compliance.

About The Role

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will play a central role in managing and optimizing the delivery of the tribe’s services. This includes aligning incoming requests with team capacity, facilitating collaboration between stakeholders, ensuring quality deliverables, and driving continuous improvement in our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Service Request Management

  • Manage incoming requests, ensuring they align with the team’s capacity to meet delivery needs.
  • Oversee the intake process for initiatives, ensuring clarity and prioritization of work.

Collaboration and Coordination

  • Facilitate collaboration among clients, data protection experts, and cross-functional teams to ensure services align with customer needs.
  • Act as a key point of contact to connect stakeholders and match customer requirements with solutions.

Delivery Optimization

  • Streamline impacts, dependencies, estimates, and priorities to enhance the quality and predictability of deliverables.
  • Maintain and update the backlog of operational (run) activities to reflect current priorities.

Operational Engagement

  • Collect inputs from stakeholders, manage issues, and identify solutions or workarounds.
  • Support the team in producing deliverables, ensuring proper documentation and accessibility.

Quality Assurance

  • Ensure deliverables meet defined requirements, guidelines, and standards, including proper documentation of technical solutions.
  • Contribute to the production of high-quality outcomes that meet client and regulatory expectations.

Monitoring and Reporting

  • Monitor service-level agreements (SLAs), customer satisfaction, and issue resolution to ensure operational excellence.
  • Prepare reports for steering committees and governance bodies, ensuring transparent communication and accountability.

Regulatory Compliance and Attestations

  • Collaborate with data protection experts to produce and review regulatory attestations for stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Service Catalog Maintenance

  • Update and maintain the service catalog, ensuring it is clear, accessible, and demonstrates value to clients.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify new needs, requirements, and gaps to enhance services, working closely with the Scrum Master to drive change and improvement.

About The Team

As a global critical financial infrastructure, the protection of Euroclear information and assets is fundamental to the companys' business. Security is at the core of our services, firmly embedded in the management systems and processes of the company. You will be joining our Chief Information Security Office (CISO) in charge of putting in place the required controls to adequately and effectively protect our information assets.
