We are looking for a skilled Network Administrator to join our team in Malvern, Pennsylvania. This contract-to-permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to work on essential network infrastructure tasks, including firewall and network updates, while leveraging your expertise in Cisco technologies and Palo Alto firewalls. Responsibilities:
• Implement and manage firewall configurations and updates to ensure network security.
• Perform routine network modifications and troubleshooting to maintain optimal performance.
• Handle physical tasks such as cable management and hardware setup.
• Monitor network systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Configure and maintain Cisco routers and switches, ensuring seamless connectivity.
• Collaborate with team members to support network operations and projects.
• Utilize Palo Alto firewalls to enhance system security and functionality.
• Document network changes and maintain accurate records for future reference.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users as needed.
• Proven experience with Cisco networking technologies, including routers and switches.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls for configuration and management.
• Familiarity with network troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
• Knowledge of firewall security protocols and best practices.
• Ability to perform cable management and physical network setup tasks.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Detail-oriented mindset for accurate documentation and system monitoring.
