Job Title: Recruitment Team Lead

Location: Qatar

Experience: 8-10 years


Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Team Lead to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with 8-10 years of hands-on recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to the Qatar job market. The successful candidate will be an independent contributor with a strong capability to work autonomously while also training and guiding junior recruiters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering positions for blue-collar, gray-collar, and white-collar roles.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior recruiters, helping them improve their skills and contribute effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and ensure the process is efficient and results driven.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment system and provide regular reports to management.
  • Drive recruitment initiatives to meet deadlines and achieve targets while maintaining high standards of candidate experience.
  • Act as the go-to expert for the team for complex or challenging recruitment cases.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Have expertise in hiring across the levels from an Associate to C-Suite positions.
  • Ability to do the headhunting for both the short term projects on contractual roles and long-term projects on Permanent roles

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of proven experience in recruitment, with a solid track record of successfully filling roles independently.
  • Experience in training or mentoring a recruitment team.
  • Expertise in Qatar & GCC labor markets and recruitment practices.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of recruitment processes without compromising on quality.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Skilled in using ATS and other ERP systems
  • Previous experience in the manpower business is an advantage.
  • Oil and Gas experience is mandatory.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively as a team player.
