The Role
This is a zero-to-one role. You'll be our first hire in Qatar, responsible for opening the market, building pipeline, and shaping how we sell. You'll work directly with the founding team—your insights will influence product, positioning, and GTM strategy.
Designed for someone who wants to learn how startups are built, not just watch from the sidelines.
What You'll Do
- Own outbound prospecting: research accounts, identify decision-makers (CMOs, Heads of Loyalty, Digital leads), and book qualified meetings
- Translate market feedback into product and positioning insights for the founding team
- Support on-the-ground meetings, presentations, and pilot onboarding
- Build relationships across Qatar's retail, F&B, and hospitality landscape
- Manage CRM, pipeline tracking, and competitive intel
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years in sales, BD, or account management—B2B or enterprise preferred
- Based in Qatar; existing network in retail, F&B, or hospitality is a strong plus
- Fluent English; Arabic highly preferred
- Analytical, curious, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Founder mentality: you want to understand every part of building a company, not just your lane
