Supporting the HR Director in delivering the HR transformation agenda, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring smooth execution of key HR programs across the organization.
🔹 2. HR Services Lead
A senior leadership role responsible for overseeing employee services, HR operations, process optimization, service delivery excellence, and driving best-practice HR standards.
🔹 3. Compensation & Benefits Lead / Specialist
Responsible for developing and maintaining competitive compensation structures, benefits programs, job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and ensuring alignment with organizational policies and market standards.
🔹 4. Payroll Specialist
Overseeing accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with regulations, auditing payroll data, and coordinating with Finance and HR teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
🔹 5. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist
Leading end-to-end recruitment efforts, sourcing top talent, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience—especially for high-priority and international hires.
