Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support advanced ML models
• Conduct research and experiments with varied datasets to optimize ML model outcomes
• Manage complex data workflows with precision and effectiveness
• Expand expertise in the field while monitoring industry developments
• Improve development processes and pipelines, including data collection tools and production deployment, focusing on CI/CD
• Remain informed about technological progress and trends in data science and AI
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to encourage knowledge sharing and growth

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in machine learning and MLOps with a record of successful AI/ML solutions
• Demonstrated ability in research and experimentation to improve AI/ML model outcomes
• Competency in managing all phases of project lifecycle, from business analysis to product implementation
• Expertise in Python for developing reliable and high-quality code; familiarity with version control systems such as Git
• Proficiency in databases and SQL including MS SQL and Snowflake
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platform including SageMaker, Step Functions, Glue, Lambda, SQS, ECS, S3, ECR, CloudWatch, IAM, MWAA
• Understanding of containers and orchestration tools such as Docker and CI/CD
• Ability to work remotely and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Background in financial markets
• English proficiency at B2 level or above required
