About the role
We at F1 Service Center are looking for a Customer Support Specialist for our client PointPay – a global crypto services ecosystem (Exchange, Wallet, Payment System, Launchpad) operating in 19+ languages and markets worldwide.
This is a long-term, fully remote role with a 2/2 shift schedule (night shifts only), supporting users of PointPay’s products.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customer support via Intercom (chat & tickets)
- Manage and audit user accounts in internal systems
- Process and verify manual transactions in line with internal procedures
- Prepare and maintain regular reports in Google Sheets (metrics, quality, volumes)
- Escalate complex or suspicious cases to the relevant teams (compliance, finance, technical support)
- Maintain a high level of communication quality, empathy, and attention to detail in every interaction
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer support or customer operations
- 1+ year of experience in crypto/Web3 (must-have)
- English – C1+ (Advanced), written and spoken
- Russian – C1 (Advanced) OR Ukrainian – Native
- Confident user of Google Sheets (reports, basic formulas, filters; pivot tables will be a plus)
- Strong customer care mindset, high written literacy, and attention to detail
- Ability to follow procedures precisely and work with financial / sensitive user data
Domain experience
- At least 1 year in Blockchain / Crypto / Web3 products or services
Schedule & format
- Remote, full-time
- Time zone: GMT+3 (company operates in this time zone)
- Shift pattern: 2 days on / 2 days off
- Night shift: 19:00–07:00 GMT+3
- Average of 14–16 night shifts per month
